By opting in, you can expect service communication and appointment confirmation messages for our outdoor property maintenance services, including irrigation, drainage, outdoor lighting, lawn maintenance, landscaping, and pressure washing.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to opt-out. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS.

Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted on-site if the actual scope is materially different from what was described, but you will always be informed and approve the change before work continues.

$55 Irrigation Checkup Offer

The $55 full irrigation system checkup may be subject to service area, system size, and availability. Repairs or replacement parts are not included unless stated.

Property Access

You authorize us to access the areas of your property described in your service request for the purpose of quoting and performing the requested work.

Results

We stand behind our work but do not guarantee specific outcomes (for example, plant survival, exact stain removal on old surfaces, or drainage performance in extreme storm events). We'll always tell you what to reasonably expect.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
